a: webrings are just a collection of websites that links to each other; usually under the same interest, there's A LOT of them that you can join, people usually join webrings from the things that they like, be it anime/music-group, anything really!! there isn't exactly a list of these things because we're on a decentralized internet but you can find them by just browsing other people's website. usually you can join them by going to their website, ie: touhou: https://glassplanet.neocities.org/webring/touhou/ ,, good luck and have fun on your internet endeavour!
